My thoughts and feelings regarding the aftermath in Ferguson:

As a business owner, I feel down and disappointed at the same time that my store Prime beauty supply was targeted among other businesses. They were either broken into or burned down. I have been working in an African American community for over 15 years and I know there are always a few bad apples in every basket and in every race, culture or town, so I'm not pointing fingers or blaming anyone based on a color or race.

We have to look outside the box and see the bigger picture in order to educate everyone on what really happened on Nov 24th when demonstrators flooded the streets to protest for justice. There are two types of protestors. 1st type of protestors are the majority who flooded the streets in peaceful demonstrations seeking justice for Mr. Brown’s case and to prevent other citizens to be killed in cold blood and they weren’t a threat to others. These protestors take this personally and truly believe these actions were based on race and color, they also feel after Mr. Brown’s case any life can be taken in cold blood and justice will not be served.

2nd type of protestors were feeling disappointed and angry. At the same time they expressed their feelings and anger by breaking, and looting local businesses who had been part of the community for many and many years. These people have taken advantage of the situation for their personal gain and not care or realize the kind of damage or harm they have brought to the Ferguson community. These violent protestors don't even represent 1% of the community, and now the tables had been turned into the nation eyes on the other 99% who were against these type of actions and now are being looked at as if they’re part of these actions.

I am also disappointed in our governor Nixon who declared for a state of emergency and informed the citizens that the issue will not get out of hands, like the first time back in August of 2014. Believing this, myself and many other business owners, felt everything would be under control regarding our safety and our properties to be protected by the government.
Now I feel the governor did not fulfill his promise and brought the city of Ferguson and surrounding areas to where we are today.

I'm still questioning my self why the Governor did not take the necessary preparations and precautions on the day they announced the grand jury decision on all news media. Knowing what the after math would look like, it looks to me now the governor wanted to prove a point to the whole entire nation to show us if the law changes towards officers, by making them unable to protect themself in dangerous situations. By proofing his point the officers now will become more harsher in similar cases on how to defend themselves. Now officers on duty will be feared and respected in the eyes of each and every citizen and no one will be above the law.

I have been working among the African American communities most of my life, and I know how simple words can bring joy or happiness to their hearts, our Governor could of satisfied protesters and Mr. Brown’s family by absorbing their anger and addressing this issue in a different matter.
Mr. Nixon could of addressed the citizens on how the law is going to be improved or changed to keep citizens safer by keeping a closer eye on officers on duty, to prevent similar cases in the future.

My questions now to those who specifically burned down the business “ WHY” what made you make this huge step? What were you thinking of? Who hired you for this job? What are your motives by destroying family lives who has been trying so hard to live day by day to survive? Why burning local businesses that had been always there for this community and providing jobs for everyone. How do you feel now by destroying and taking the dreams, hopes, and goals from those hard working citizens? Did this satisfied your greed or was it enough and worth it for your personal gain??? Will you be enjoying your daily life again? Did your actions helped or made it worse for everyone else? Did your actions achieved your goals? Have you been able to sleep at night as normal human?.
My last question is, I want you to deeply imagine and think with sincerity from the bottom of your heart and soul. If this situation had happened to you, or to the ones are most beloved to you? Waking up the next morning and realizing everything that you owned and dreamed for has been gone forever? I want you to always remember this, that our Lord always above us all, and we will be judged for our own actions weather now or later.

Nov 24th was a new day for all of us as U.S citizens in this country, and also a new day for our enemies around the world to see our weakness, and also to those countries who looks up to us as a United Nation and the greatest nation in the world, many other nations look up to us as American’s as a roll model in there eyes. United States of America has been the best example to other countries around the world, were the land of freedom, land of dreams. Citizens always are united as one, even we all contains different mixtures and back grounds between cultures, races, colors, and Religions that’s what makes us united and we will continue to be united and be stronger than ever.

As all of us live in this great nation, that's what makes us always be advanced to the rest of the world, each of us has special unique quality and ability within him or her, it is us sharing our abilities among each other it will always keep us advanced and on top on all kind of production or inventions and never be limited or slowed down.

Accepting others, no matter what color, race or cultures. As one nation we will always stay advanced and unique from the rest of the world. God made earth and created us on it with different colors and different seeds for a reason, so earth can be advanced to the better, each and everyone of us has a specialness and uniqueness within them self’s. Stating these qualities regarding differences of our back ground, race or color this is what complete us as a great nation and completing one another.

We all need to educate our self’s to have the Lord in our hearts and believing that the Lord is justice to us all. And the Lord can never make mistakes in his creation, regardless of your color, accepting each other will make us remain on top of all nations, and stay stronger than ever. Making our racial issue the main problem this will divide us and weakens our unity. It will destroy our lives and future for us all.

Now our enemies around the world have seen our weakness and how this great nation can be divided within days by playing the racial card against us. We need to make a step forward by educating our self’s and our kids to continue being united as always.
