We are not associated with the St. Peter's Fiesta Committee.

This June our film crew will be shooting a documentary about the St. Peter's Fiesta in Gloucester MA.

Have a front row seat to the Greasy Pole contest and Seine Boat races as teams battle to be the best. Celebrate the rich culture as these blue collar gladiators honor their fishing heritage, through extreme sports and rigorous competion for pride of place in their hometown.

Viewers will be taken on a journey through the religious novena, witness the festival as experienced by the participants, attend crew training sessions and be a fly on the wall in the St. Peter’s clubs for both ceremony and social exchange.

We will also delve into the rich and deep history of this festival and the impact it has had on this community. While we plan to cut a documentary from this year's footage, we will continue to shoot over the next three years to capture a greater breadth of content and the stories of the men and women of Gloucester.

We have acquired sponsors who will be providing us with cinema and broadcast quality equipment and technology such as two Inspire 2 drones with Zenmuse X5s cameras and two Red Dragon cinema cameras for our primary unit. We will also have a Canon C200 for our second unit, and Solo Shot 3s and GoPros.

Be a Sponsor!
Be a part of the beating heart of Gloucester by sponsoring us and helping to create a tale worthy of the Fiesta we all love. We need your help now, pre production is already underway, we've donated hundreds of hours to this project and maxed credit cards and will donate hundreds of hours more, but we can't do this alone.

Donations will go towards:
Production Insurance and General & Liability insurance, which we need before we can use our equipment.
Shipping costs on sponsored equipment.
Equipment which we need to rent.
Equipment which we need to buy, which can't be rented.
Post production costs.
Other Production costs which will arise.

Donations will NOT go towards paying our film crew for their time.

If you donate more than the reward level of multiple gifts instead of the exact amount of a gift, please inform us of which gift you'd like to receive for your donation.

This is for Gloucester, this is for you!

A big thanks to the Cape Ann Community Cinema for hosting our fundraiser on June 5th. The showing of Around Cape Horn, shot in 1929 by Irving Johnson is a gem for anyone with an interest in historical sailing, self-reliance and physical fitness.

We were graced by many members of the Gloucester community, who after the show shared with us their own deeply rooted connections to the Fiesta and we look forward to interviewing them during this production.

This project is for Gloucester, about its citizens, their rich cultural heritage and the honor and tribute they pay to their history. As such, we plan to interview a great many people across this community. This is your tale, we are here to help you tell it.

We're excited to announce that the owners of Iron Village gym in Beverly, MA where one of the Seine Boat crews trains, has provided us with a package deal for two of our future donors. A one-month unlimited Group Class membership and a one-hour private session with head coach Ryan Mueller. A $259 value for a $200 donation towards making this awesome documentary. Now is the time to get in shape!

"I started attending this gym in the fall in order to better understand the subject matter and community I was going to be filming. I got hooked and now I attend group class sessions two or three times a week. There is an energy and group perseverance mentality here that is intoxicating." - Executive Producer, Sean O'Laughlin
