Ateret Cohanim Pre Pesach Day Camp
Tax deductible
Children living in the Old City of Jerusalem need a safe place to play when they are off from school. The week before Passover, when schools are on vacation, Ateret Cohanim provides a weeklong day camp for the more than 100 children living in areas referred to as East Jerusalem.
We wish it would not be this way, but unfortunately safety is an ever present concern for the children. This day camp assures that the children are kept entertained in a safe and educational environment while their parents are working or getting ready for the Holiday of Freedom.
The schedule:
Sunday, April 2 - Inflatable Playground
Monday, April 3 - Field Day
Tuesday, April 4 - Arts and crafts, Theater by Aspaklaria
Wednesday, April 5 - Planting, Jewish Music Museum
Thursday, April 6 - Surprise Bus Tiyul
Friday, April 7 - Monkey Park
Your contributions helps cover all the food, busses, admissions, day camp counselors and security personnel.
