Prayers for Asher

Donation protected
On the evening of September 24th, Asher suffered severe trauma to his eye. He was playing outside and ran into a branch causing a stick to go directly through his eye which caused severe damage to the cornea and pupil. He was airlifted to children's hospital in Milwaukee where he underwent a 4 1/2 hour surgery. The extent of damage is unknown as of right now. Their main goal at this time is to let the eye heal and gain back the strength before any further operations. It is going to be a very long road for them and travel expenses back and forth to the children's hospital will become very tough, especially since Anna will not be working, nor getting any paid medical leave. If you know Anna, she is not one to ever ask for help when needed. She is usually on the other side of this asking ways in which she can help others. (I did tell her she needs to learn to accept any help that others are wanting to give her). She is incredibly overwhelmed this far with the support, prayers and messages she has been getting and appreciates it more than words can describe. Any donation will help and be greatly appreciated to help the Sargent family along their journey on getting Asher the best care he needs. Please continue to keep them in your prayers. I will continue to update as much as possible. God bless
