Rescue Praise 88.7 from Lightning!

Our station took a hit!
A severe thunderstorm popped up in our area of Auburn-Opelika on Tuesday July 31st, dealing a hard blow to the Praise 88.7 studio!
Lightning came in through power lines, internet lines, and the antenna coax. This huge surge of electricity damaged a significant portion of our broadcasting equipment: destroyed our radio automation system, satellite receiver, audio switcher, and multiple computers. It actually burned up the cable receiver used for EMS messages and shredded the coax that runs to our satellite dish and damaged the dish as well!
Praise Report: No one was electrocuted!
It came into our front office frying computers, phones, copiers, network hardware, etc!
Praise 88.7 is a non-profit Christian radio ministry. We are funded by listener support and community business sponsors and, to be good stewards of those funds, have been very frugal with our spending and daily operations! Praise has been making the best use of some really old equipment.
Fortunately we do have insurance but there are high deductibles and many other expenses we will face! If we just recoup the depreciated value of that equipment, it won't cover the cost to actually replace it- even if we find more of that vintage equipment in working order.
Thankfully we have been able to borrow some vital items temporarily. We are moving forward in faith with repairs and working on patches to keep us on the air and continuing the ministry of Praise 88.7.
Emergency Funds for Praise needed immediately!
We are so thankful for a safe, secure crowdfunding platform for us to share our need for emergency funds, and be able to retrieve them immediately, to cover the costs we are already incurring and to be prepared to make whatever changes the Lord leads us to make as we recover.
This is just a preliminary goal. We are still assessing all of the damage! Plus it takes trained, skilled professionals to diagnose, repair, and reassemble everything.
We are believing in God to provide and that could be through each of us, the Praise listeners, and others that hear about it and just want to pitch in and give! Please know that every gift is important and will help us continue our ministry of Christian radio.
