PPD No Shave November
Tax deductible
The Portland Police Department has accepted the "No Shave November" challenge given by Lake Odessa Police Department in order to raise money for the Ionia Montcalm Safe and Secure Environment Child Advocacy Center (IM SAFE CAC). To participate, officers will donate a minimum of $25.
The IM SAFE CAC benefits children under the age of 18 that are suspected victims of sexual or severe physical abuse in both Ionia and Montcalm Counties. The center provides a multi-disciplinary team approach that focuses on the prevention of child abuse while also providing proper assessment, management, prosecution, and tracking of child abuse cases.
More information about this cause can be found at http://www.imsafecac.org/.
Thanks to the Lake Odessa Police Department for initiating this challenge and thanks to eveyone who donates to help our officers reach their $1,000.00 goal.
