Poonam is going to Austria 2017. Poonam, an orphan from Patran, lives in Pingalwara. Despite her circumstances, she has made a name for herself in sports and will be competeing in Special Olympics World Winter Games in Austria come March 2017 in floor hockey. She also participates in power lifting, athletics, cycling, and basketball.
