Police K9 Trixie in need of medical treatment

Two weeks ago a tumor was found on K9 Trixie’s leg. During surgery another tumor was found coming off of her spleen. The tumor was removed and was massive. This week during her follow up appointment the results came back from the first one. It was determined the tumor was malignant. She does have another tumor developing on her jaw line. I am raising money to help with her treatment. Her medical team is amazing and in my opinion the best in the world. 

Trixie retired from service in 2015. While in service she had two handlers and her work was impressive. She was one of the best Police K9’s I ever saw. She saved the lives of many officers. She found countless amounts of dope and various articles. She was the best tracker we had. She also had multiple apprehensions. 

The bottom line is she served honorably. So many kids as well as adults fell in love with her the moment they met her. She did so many K9 demos. She was so good and well known she was utilized by several federal agencies and local surrounding agencies the understood her abilities. 

She deserves the proper medical treatment so I ask for any assistance you might give no matter how small. I thank you in advance  for your help.
