Police Brutality- Marco Antonio

Marcos Antonio Nápoles Rosales nació en Sonora México. Marcos, su madre, e hermanos se se tuvieron que mudar a Tijuana un poco después. Marcos decidió emigrar hasta los Estados Unidos a tan solo 15 años para tratar de ayudar a su familia, ya que nunca habían contado con una figura paterna. Él había vivido en California por 14 años, hasta los 29.

Marcos Antonio Nápoles Rosales was born in Sonora México. Marcos, his mother, and siblings had to move to Tijuana soon after that. At the age of 15, Marcos migrated to the U.S. to try and help out his family because there had never been a fatherly support in the family. He had lived in California for 14 years, up until he was 29.  

Hace algunos días en Agosto 16 del 2018, Marcos fue detenido injustamente por un policía en Escondido, California.

A few days ago on August 16, 2018; Marcos was stopped unjustly by a police officer  in Escondido, California. 

La razón porque el policía detuvo a Marcos sigue desconocida, y una investigación se está tomando plazo.

The reasoning behind the police stopping him is still unknown and an investigation is currently taking place. 

Marcos salió de su carro, con las manos al aire NO ARMADO preguntando al oficial porque lo estaba deteniendo. El oficial en ese momento disparó su pistola eléctrica hacia Marcos mandando descargas eléctricas en su cuerpo las cuales le ocasionaron un repentino paro cardíaco.

Marcos got out of his car, with his hands in the air UNARMED asking the officer why he was stopping him. The officer then shot a taser gun at him, sending electric charges in his body that stopped his heart; causing a sudden heart attack. 

Marcos fue trasladado a un hospital en Escondido donde todo ocurrió repentinamente. Los doctores pronto declararon una muerte cerebral. El tiempo que se tomó el oficial para llevar a Marcos al hospital pude haber sido una razón por su muerte tan abrupta; ya que un ataque al corazón requiere ayuda inmediata.

Marcos was then transferred to a hospital in Escondido where everything happened quickly. He was soon pronounced brain dead by Doctors. The time it took for the officer to take Marcos to the hospital could have to do with his abrupt death; being as how a heart attack requires immediate medical attention. 

Actualmente, el cuerpo de Marcos se encuentra en el hospital donde lo están manteniendo con vida con respiradores y oxigenadores artificiales para salvarle algunos órganos y ser donados. Su madre tomó esa decisión tras darse cuenta que las máquinas eran lo único manteniendo su cuerpo con vida y también para tratar de salvar y donar los órganos que no fueron dañados.

Currently, Marcos is residing at the hospital where his body is being kept alive with respirators and artificial oxygen machines to try and save his organs so that they may be donated. His mother took that decision when she realized that the machines were the only thing keeping him alive as well as to try and save the organs that weren't damaged to donate them. 

El cuerpo de Marcos será trasladado a Tijuana, México; en cuanto sus órganos sean donados.

Marcos' body will be translated to Tijuana, México; as soon as his organs are donated. 


La fecha exacta del traslado no se sabe.

The exact date of his transfer is unknown.

La familia de Marcos (2 hermanos y madre) son de muy bajos recursos, y les pedimos al público ayuda monetaria para todos los gastos que se aproximan.

Marcos' family (2 sibblings and his mother) are very low income, and we ask the public for monetary aid for all the spendings that are yet to come. 

De corazón les pedimos que ayuden a Marcos ya que fue víctima de NEGLIGENCIA Y BRUTALIDAD POLICIAL que le costó su vida.

We ask with our hearts that you help Marcos seeing as how he was a victim of NEGLIGENCE AND POLICE BRUTALITY that costed him his life.
