Pippa's campaign for The Little Princess Trust

As many of you know I was diagnosed with stage 3 Bowel Cancer aged 33. I’m fortunate to be in remission and that my treatment didn’t result in me losing my hair but that is not the case for many people going through cancer treatment, including children. Due to the treatment I had, I can no longer donate blood and I wanted to do something to give back, so I have been growing my hair.

On Thursday 22nd August 2019 I will be having a special hair cut - to donate hair to the Princess Trust (more info below about the amazing work the Trust does). It costs the charity around £300 to make one wig. My hair is super thick so I’m hoping to be able to donate enough for them to make two wigs. I would love to be able to also raise enough funds to cover the cost to the charity of making the wigs. I’d be very grateful for any donations. Please only donate what you can afford and if you are not in a position to donate, I would be grateful if you could share this page with family and friends.

More information about The Little Princess Trust: Providing real hair wigs for children and young people suffering with hair loss due to cancer treatment and other Conditions. The charity will also provide financial assistance, where funds allow, for research projects focussing on finding less toxic treatments for paediatric cancers.
