PNG SHP & HELA RELIEF FUND

Donation protected
On the 26th of February at 03:44 am local time, an earthquake of 7.5 moment magnitude struck the Southern Highlands Province (SHP) of Papua New Guinea. This was the biggest earthquake in 100 years and spread 150km along the fault line. Houses, villages, schools & hospitals have been destroyed.

The earthquake and aftershocks (which still continue today) have caused deadly landslides, burying sleeping families in their homes. The death toll has now risen to 67, with over 500 people injured, this is expected to rise over the coming weeks as assistance and clean ups are attempted.

Aid agencies have said there are over 100,000 people that are in need of emergency supplies.

Unfortunately we have families seriously affected and require urgent assistance.

We are raising funds for all our families and their communities spread across Mendi, Nipa and Hela. To assist in sustaining and rebuilding.

This fund is set up for those who have approached us and wanted to make a donation, and for anyone who would like to contribute.

Our aim is $6000, we hope to have $2000 for each area (Mendi, Nipa and Hela) in the next 2 weeks.

We thank you in advance and look forward to showing you all how your contributions will have impacted our families.

Gods goodness and mercy shall follow you all.
