Weʼre raising £2,000 to Jim is still in hospital, having recently undergone surgery. his condition is critical. All your donations will help with further treatment
Hello.
Some of you will know me - but in case you don’t - my name is Krittikarn Maleewan.
I am originally from Thailand and I have been living in London for 10 years.
On the 4th of April 2019 my Dad, Jim, who used to be a Buddhist Monk, was on his daily bike ride in Thailand when he was hit by fast moving car and very badly injured.
The accident left my Dad unconscious with a broken neck and very serious internal injuries, including bleeding. My father is now a patient on the intensive care in the hospital in Rayong having undergone major surgery on 5th April, including an operation to remove a blood clot from his brain. His condition is still critical.
I am desperately worried about my Dad, especially so because my family cannot afford to pay his hospital bills. My family has no health-care insurance. Medical treatment in Thailand can be very expensive and there is little-to-no government funded health-service provision.
My Dad comes from a very poor family and we simply cannot afford the treatment necessary to save his life. Please, please help us to give the support and treatment that he desperately needs at this critical time.
I would be eternally grateful for any and all donations to help my Dad.
Thank you so much.
Krittikarn
