Please Help Us Save Thor!

Thor, my wonderful cat who has been my closest companion for over 10 years, has a serious dental infection that we believe has progressed into an abscess.  Unfortunately I have used all of my money on treatment up to this point, but his condition has taken a turn for the worst, and in the wake of this emergency I need your help.  His right eye (on the same side as the dental infection) is intensely inflammed and bugled out of his head, and he has not been able to close it since yesterday. I believe that the abscess is building pressure behind his eye, and the idea of it bursting has me panicked. It may be possible to still save him with tooth extraction surgery/abscess draining, (a surgical procedure that costs $1500, on top of prior vet fees) but I barely have enough money to walk into the vet office's door. 

He needs emergency treatment, but no vets in the area accept payment plans, and I was denied for a CareCredit card because of medical bills back from when I was hit by a car. Please help me at least take him to the vet and discuss our options. I don't want to watch him suffer like this because I don't have any more money to get him the treatment he needs.
