Please help to keep a roof over my Dad's head

My 80 year old Father fell behind in his rent. We were very close to an eviction and had to appear before a Tribunal. An agreement was made, my Dad was to return back to work as a cab driver and me to  become power of attorney to manage his finances and health. 
I know he's not able to return to work, I wasn't really aware of the severity of his decline of both mental and physical health.
I'm working on getting  assessments done and I need to keep a roof over his head until I can find alternate arrangements of seniors housing or a home. 
I don't do well with asking for help but maybe this is my lesson. I truly would be grateful for anything you can donate.
