Help me launch the Sacred Music Box

I am very grateful to God for allowing me to take part in the Great Commission. My prayer has always been that God would use my music to confront sinners and comfort saints. Since I began full time music ministry, God has been good. The emails and messages I have received from many of you have confirmed something that God revealed to me years ago when I was transitioning from secular music. Not too long after I decided to give God one hundred percent of my musical talents I remember being in prayer and receiving a very strong impression. It was very clear, not something to be confused with a random thought brought on by a wandering imagination. I don't remember exactly what I was praying about, but I know it was related to my music ministry. The impression was that God would use my music to reach the world with the Gospel.
Like Abraham, years went by before I even began to see how a promise like this could be fulfilled. I was a music teacher at the time. Now, about twenty years later, I am catching a glimpse of the fulfillment of this promise. It has not been an easy journey, but there have been many rewards along the way. Just recently, someone from Zambia contacted me through Facebook messenger to let me know how the song “Tears in Heaven” has brought them closer to Christ. Experiences like that are priceless. It is my prayer that my music can get into the hands of more people bring about an encounter with Jesus that leads to salvation. This brings me to the reason I'm raising funds and why I really need your help.
You may find this hard to believe, but my last three CD's were recorded in my apartment. I use a computer that has special recording software that allows me to produce professional recordings. I have been able to save lots of money this way, because recording studios usually cost between $50 to $250 an hour. Unfortunately, my music has not generated the kind of income to justify recording at a studio. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my computer and software for some time now, but have not been able to do it because of a lack of resources. I reasoned that I would wait until I have the money for the necessary upgrades, but on February fifteenth, after returning from a singing engagement, I discovered that my computer was dead. A few days later I got the news from the computer shop that the motherboard was beyond repair. Thankfully, I had a very old windows XP computer lying around that I was able to get going, but since technology is always changing, there are many simple tasks I just cannot do any more. This XP computer is very old and is just a temporary solution until I can purchase a new computer.
I am conducting this fundraiser in two phases, for a new computer to record my music and also to build a mobile application for the SacredMusicBox. I will have more to say about the SacredMusicBox later. For now, my first priority is to purchase a computer that will allow me to continue making the music you love. Computers like the one I need cannot be purchased at the store. They must be custom-built, which can cost anywhere from $1500 to $2500.
When I have raised the money for my new computer, I will move on to the second phase of my fundraiser which is to raise the money to build the SacredMusicBox. I am hoping that I can raise $1500 within four weeks to get me going on my new computer as soon as possible. All I need is ten people to donate $150 and I will reach my $1500 goal. If you are a subscriber to my monthly music subscription, a $150 donation will get you a free lifetime membership to my monthly music subscription and a free lifetime membership to the SacredMusicBox when it is complete. When the construction of the SacredMusicBox is complete my monthly music subscription will become obsolete. When I have enough money for my new computer, the free lifetime offer to the SacredMusicBox will be closed. It is only open to the first ten subscribers to my monthly music subscription donating $150 or more.
What is the SacredMusicBox? The SacredMusicBox is the name of the streaming service that I would like to create. Its purpose is to provide wholesome Christian Music to subscribers. It is what I desire my monthly music subscription to be. Right now I am delivering the music to subscribers via email, but I realize that instead of delivering the music via email, it would be much easier to stream the music from one location and send push notifications to subscribers when new music is available. Every month subscribers will have the option to download one song and all the music will be available to subscribers to stream. Most of the songs will have devotional thoughts that explain what I was thinking about when I wrote the song. The estimated cost to create the SacredMusicBox is $25,000, but since technology is always changing, I have decided to raise $3500 more to cover any additional unexpected costs I may encounter. I am hoping that the cost of my new computer, current software and the creation of the SacredMusicBox will be no more than $30000. I know that's a whole lot of money, I did not realize how expensive mobile app creation can be.
To anyone who will make a donation of $500 or more, I will record and include on the SacredMusicBox any public domain hymn of your choice. I am also offering a lifetime free membership to anyone who will donate $1000 or more and I will record and include on the SacredMusicBox any public domain hymn of your choice.
