Helping tater tot get better

Help, I am in desperate need of help. My Pomeranian tater tot was attacked by a large dog. He's been severely  injured and I am unfortunately not able to pay for his treatment. I normally don't reach out like this but He needs help. His leg is broken and might possibly need to be amputated and I know he is in so much pain and I want to help him but I Can't I need help. Any help. I love him so much. He's the sweetest little dog and I love him. Hes got puncture wounds on his side and shoulder. He can't move his front leg at all. I don't want his quality of life to suffer and I want to do everything I can to keep him from being in pain or removing his leg. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
