Please Help Tardis

Tardis is my 5 year-old special kitty cat whom I adopted years ago. Despite his rough start as a kitten, he has always been pretty healthy, extremely vocal and very happy. 


Unfortunately that all changed late last night when he started alerting me last night that he needed attention. Tardis wasn't acting like himself and looked like he was in pain, so I brought him into the vet this morning. After an examination and X-Rays it was determined he needed to go to the emergency immediately for further examination and help as he has a blocked bladder.

At the emergency they took a blood sample and let me know that his kidney levels are extremely high right now, possibly due to the blocked bladder. As it was explained to me, a normal level for a cat is around 150, with a 190 being considered high. Sadly, Tardis's kidney levels are over 600, which extremely complicates treating Tardis's blocked bladder.

Currently he is in the hospital being treated with 24/7 monitoring.  The bill currently sits at $4000 dollars but is expected to go up if complications arise. Medication, transportation, food and any application feeds are also expected to raise the total quite a bit.  I have taken out a line of credit and maxed out my credit card to ensure he gets the help he needs but I don't know what will happen if he needs further treatment.

Please help save Tardis. To say that he is the joy in my life is an understatement. Every day he greets me when I come home and watches me leave for work. Any small amount will help. Thank you so much for support.
