Please help support Goliath

Late last night, our Great Dane Goliath started showing signs of extreme discomfort and we were very worried and brought him to the emergency vet. He was diagnosed with Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV). In plain terms, his stomach twisted over itself cutting off blood supply to his organs. While this can be common in large breeds, we took every precaution and it still occurred.

If you are familiar with our special boy and he's touched your life in some way, you know we had no choice but to move forward with surgery, the only option to save his life.

Thankfully, we caught this quickly and he underwent a very successful procedure and is on the road to recovery.

The costs associated with the surgery and recovery are well beyond what we'd expect or can afford and we are in need of some help to continue his care.
