Please help Stella

I saw Stella on " the boxer rescue" site a year and a half ago. I saw that little face and though I would love to be her foster mommy.I wasn't sure I would get to help her but I filled out the application and within about 2 months I got a call asking if I could foster a dog.I said sure . They told me it was a female and her name was Stella. I couldn't wait for her to come and meet Jackson ( my boxer) and get her out of the shelter. Over the next few weeks getting to know her I realized I couldn't think of her going to another family and feeling like she was abandoned again (by us) .So I became a foster failure and now have 2 dogs and a cat .I won't go in to the medical bills of my cat that has been blocked 4 times from crystals in his urine.
Stella is a bulldog mix and loves to play hard with her brother Jackson.
Recently she started limping and then just became lame on her left leg.
X-ray shows she had dysplasia of the hips and 2 acl tears in her knees .She Just had surgery to remove an abscess on her leg and will be checking on the hips and knees on Feb. 16 when her stitches are removed.
