Please help save Posey's leg!

Poor Posey was found as a stray, wandering the streets, alone and injured.  The injury, a subluxation of the elbow, was beyond the capabilities of the shelter to fix, so they sent out a desperate plea for help: They needed a rescue to get this lovely, affectionate, beautiful Exotic Shorthair the surgery she needs ... or she would lose her leg.
Persian Rescue of Virginia specializes in purebred kitties who need special medical attention, and so an urgent transport was put in place to get Posey to this haven. She was immediately seen by a renowned veterinary orthopedic surgeon who is confident he will be able to repair her leg so she can go on to lead a happy, healthy life. And we are delighted to be able to give her this chance ...
