Please help save our bulldog George

We've never asked for help before,  but George has fluid on his lungs and the vet hospital is $4001 for the first 24 hours. They say George will be in the hospital for at least a few days. We need help covering his medical bills. I don't know how we are gonna do this,  so I'm reaching out for help from all who could spare a few dollars to get our George better. He is like a person and an incredible dog. I don't know what else to say but thank you! Anything will help! :(
