Please Help Nneoma Obi's Family

On October 24, 2015 my beloved daughter, Nneoma, choked on a piece of food while she was alone. Her brain was deprived of oxygen for an unknown amount of time. Consequently, Nneoma has suffered brain injury and is in need of around the clock care and many therapies. Insurance has stopped paying for all her therapies until she is relocated home. Our home, inside and out, needs to be transformed in order to accommodate Nneoma. I have taken much time off of work to be with my daughter. Now we are faced with depleted household finances. My husband works two jobs and I went back to work two nights a week to pay for some therapies for Nneoma. We are also in need of a handicapped van to transport Nneoma to appointments, rehabilitation, and just being able to get out of the house. We are overwhelmed with the list of supplies and equipment necessary to bring Nneoma home.
                Nneoma is a 19 year old dedicated student at the University of Connecticut with aspirations to be a physician. She is a hard working, outgoing, charismatic young woman who always is looking to help others. Nneoma has a long road ahead of her to get back on track. We want to thank family, friends, and the UConn and SHA communities for their prayers and support. We are a family with great faith in God and primarily ask for your continued prayers for Nneoma.
