HELP COCO WALK AGAIN

Yesterday my friends dog got hit by a car and now has a fractured spine which means it is unlikely that without extremely expensive surgery, she will be able to walk properly again. Due to my friends situation in which she lives in australia on a working visa and basically struggles month to month to make ends meet there is no way for her to afford this surgery on her own.
