Please help my Dad get his surgery.

The man in the picture is my Dad. The man who raised me and taught me about life. His name is Shawn. In March of 2016, he had a terrible accident which caused his abdominal wall to tear completely into 2 parts horizontally on his right side. The tear is so severe that there is not enough muscle remaining to repair the abdominal wall, therefore my Dad is being referred to a specialist. Doctors locally will not touch him and insurance will not cover one of the surgeries he needs to live. One of the attached pictures is of his abdominal CT. It shows that his large intestine and a good bit of the small intestine, along with other parts of vital organs are stretched and relocated outside of his body (herniated). Blood vessels have stretched to their max and his spine has started to curve. The specialists he has seen cannot believe that my Dad can even stand up with having zero muscular structure to the entire right side of his core. The vessels feeding blood to his intestines are the vital part of this picture. One cannot live without their large intestine and the large intestine need blood circulation to stay alive. These vessels are maxed out on stretching ability at this time and if they continue to stretch, they will "pop" and his intestines will die, therefore my Dad will die. The initial surgery is to take out my Dads' stomach, making room for the replacement of his vital organs, also to repair the herniation of the organs which have breeched the abdominal wall. This surgery is to save his life. The surgery insurance will cover is a secondary surgery to the one I am raising money for and must be completed by March 2, 2018 or they will not cover that one either. I am asking for your help in expediting the initial surgical process in order to save my Dad's life. Please share. Please help if you can. Thank you!
