Please help Mikan to get to the Vet

I hate to ask for supports but My poor old Mikan got hurt somehow yesterday coming out of the dog house. I'm not sure where exactly he is hurt but he yelps and screams and doesn't want to move too much and is kinda wobbly when he walks... I need to take him to a vet but as I heard from one vet that Visit and X-ray will cost me over $230 And prob more for meds and whatever he needs... With my illness and disability I'm not able to work and can  barely provide for myself,  there is no way I can take him in... I am such a bad mom for not able to do this please HELP!
