Please help me pay for Nova's vet bills

My little cat, Nova took a tumble on Saturday and I've only just found out that he's broken his leg, quite severely, near his knee. 
This money will all go towards his vet bills and any treatments he needs afterwards.

Nova is seven months old now and his been the biggest, most enduring rock for me ever since I got him.
In the last seven months, I've been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety, I've recently lost my job due to those issues and an addiction to alcohol WHICH I HAVE KICKED. 
The reason I'm writing this is because I want people to know just how much this Cat really means to me. He's really the sweetest, most caring cat I've personally ever known. I come home, after a hard, tough day of daunting appointments and horriblae anxiety sparking situations and my boy is always here, making me feel loved and needed and that's something I really, really, sincerely need right now.

Now I know it's so close to Christmas, but I really don't have any idea what else to do. 

I can't imagine a life without my Nova, and I can only hope that people can help in absolutely any way possible.
