Please help me fix my water line

The water line busted under our house, and it of course happened while we are completely strapped for cash (long story - trust me). 

It's going to cost closer to $1500-1600 but I have a thousand already.

Normally I would *never* ask for help but since this is affecting my kids and family, things are a bit desperate.
