Please help me and 2 grandkids mom dies suddenly

My daughter pictured here with her twin 8 year olds unexpectedly passed away a few months ago.  She was my oldest child and I loved her from the moment I knew I was going to her mom.  I loved her more than life itself.   Me and my grandkids are living at her home she had for 15 years.  I am on SSI and can not afford her house payment.  It is so heartbreaking because the morning she died she had an appointment to sign a loan modification that would reduce her payment and we could make ends meet from month to month.  But now it was cancelled and her house is being forclosed on.  The lender is starting eviction of me and my 2 grandkids.  I live on SSI and although they get survivor benefits, we barely make it month to month and I haven't been able to save for a deposit and 1st months rent.  I am also left to clean up and move all that has been collecting over the past 15 years.  She loved animals and had approximately 3 acres.  I have been trying to sell things but there really is not much value in her things.  The value seems to be sentimental to us and much else.  I feel bad to even ask for help but I love my grandkids more than life and I want them to be happy and not worry about where we are going to live.  I promise I will pay forward and help that comes our way when we move and get settled.
