Please help Jax get his surgery

Donation protected
Jax is a beautiful and sweet yellow lab/German shepperd mix that I got the pleasure of adopting out of the ramona humane society a week ago... He immediately took to my 2 year old as well as my 2 other dogs and cat lovely.  You could tell he was so happy to be a part of a family. Two days after we adopted him I took him to the vet. I let her know he had been having issues getting up on furniture and if she could examine him for hip dysplasia because I was aware that both breeds he comes from are known to have issues with that. She did a short examination of his joints and said he was too young to have it and that he just needed to build some muscle but if I wanted to get xrays done then it would be 340... I took him home to debate what to do and decided to get a second opinion at a different vet.. I took him to pets vet and immediately the doctor noticed he was favoring one side more than the other and asked if we could do xrays. After getting them done he confirmed that Jax has severe hip dysplasia that he believes he may have been born with due to his young age and how bad it is. He has 1 hip completely way out of socket and the other is on it's way out soon as well. He will need a double surgery to fix both hips. 1 at a time starting with the one that Is the worst. The doctor  explained my options as nicely as possible. Said I'm still in the timeframe to return jax but if I disclose his issues he may be euthanized or i could not disclose them and hope that he gets adopted but his condition will worsen with the time that passes. My other option is to get him the surgery and he has great chances of living a long happy life with no pain any longer. The procedure will be to cut off both ball sockets and realign the joints so there will be no more bone on bone contact and the muscles around will serve as the joint. He can ultimately live a painless life after he heals. His surgery is $2100 and I work for the school district so I have no paychecks coming in for the summer to be able to afford this. We are asking for any donations to go straight to pets vet so that we can get his surgery going we will be paying $1000 on my care credit but that along with the money for his vet checks and x Ray's I'm tapped out. If anyone is able to donate anything please please donate straight to pets vet off of meridian and Florida so your full donation goes to his surgery and not just part of it due to go fund me taking a percentage out. Thank you so so much for any donations that you can give. Our family is so greatly appreciative.
