Please help! Fire took everything!

Our dear friend Anika (also known to some as German Anna) lost everything last night in a house fire. She recently applied for a loan to start her very own pet rescue, a dream of hers for years.  She slowly started rescuing and saving animals and poured her heart and soul into finding them their furever homes.  Sadly, in this terrible fire, she lost not only these rescues but her beloved personal pets as well. 11 dogs, 4 cats, 2 birds and rats all perished in the fire. Anika is absolutely devastated, and so are we! Anika has helped and touched so many people that have crossed her path. (Many of you know her from working at the Center Moriches Veterinary Hospital years ago.) Now it is our turn to help her! We are asking for donations to help her rebuild her life! No amount is too small!
