Help Dillen The Cat Surgery

Sometimes in life God sends us someone special to spend life with and Dillen is a gift sent from Heaven. Dillen is 6 year old cat who I adopted from SPCA in 2012.
Dillen started having symptoms of Gum Disease in late February. In March he was sedated for his dental exam and cleaning. His teeth looked good didn’t need to be pulled. He did have some ulcers on his back teeth which causing a lot of pain. With a steroid shot and antibiotics at home helped till he started having the same symptoms a month later. We have been to the vet 2 more times since March. Did steroid shot and antibiotics which helps but for a short period. Dr. Chambers voiced he has severe case of Stomatitis and needs see a specialist to have his teeth removed since he is not healing on his own. She said he is having allergic reaction to his own plaque/tarter which causing the ulcers.
We finally seen Dr. McCoy he is the Dental Specialist who will be treating Dillen. This surgery will cost around $3,922. Dillen is in a lot of pain his gums and back of his throat is inflamed and has severe ulcers. So treatment at this point is have a FME which is Full Mouth Extraction at this point the antibiotics and steroids are not helping him. Since this is a painful surgery Dr. McCoy cost more but in the end pain control is very important. He will do a nerve block which will help a lot. He will have all his teeth removed and have radiographs done make sure there are no fragments left behind. He will need bone graph done so that cost more. So Dillen will have a mouth full of sutures. After surgery Dillen will have a feeding tube placed for a few days so I can make sure he gets nutrients this is a critical time. If he doesn’t eat because of pain it can lead to more health issues. He will also have a Fentanyl patch for about 5 days. It will take 2-3 months to fully recover and heal.
Favor is an amazing thing and Dr. McCoy has agreed to lower the cost to $3,094.03. I have raised close to 2k now. I have a little over 1k to cover his surgery on Wednesday 9/12/18. Anything helps in this time of need.
Dillen could really use your help with helping getting his surgery done. He in a lot of pain and it’s hard for him to eat. So we need you anything will help even a share.
