Charlie is one year old and lives in one of New Hampshire's small towns. He loves to play, cuddle with his foster parents and chase squirrels.
His story is similar to many other animals' yet it also differs a great deal.
Charlie was rescued from a South-Korean dog meat farm. He was just a tiny puppy when a kind hearted human decided to give him a new lease on life. Being severely undernourished compromized his bone structure. Charlie is in constant pain.
Chelsea's Footprints is running this campaing to contribute to his upcoming surgery.
