Plane Tickets for Grandkids

My father, Tim Carson, has shown his love to me many times over by visiting me where ever I may be: in college while I was studying abroad in Costa Rica, as a young newly wed while working with my husband in Ecuador, as a family with very young children while we lived in North Africa, and now as a family with school-aged children who live in Eastern Europe.  Where ever we live he always sets aside time and money to come and see us.  

In his retirement, he has invested the better part of the last five years building a literacy center on the outskirts of Uganda.  He named the center after my mom, his late wife, Syliva Thyen Carson. 

Unfortunately, my family has not been able to visit him, see his work or meet the people he has grown to love so much.  This summer I would like to take my kids to see HIM instead of asking him to visit us.  We only have enough for THREE plane tickets, yet there are FOUR of us planning to go.  (My husband is unable to join us.)  If I raise the money,  I would like to buy the plane tickets within the week...before prices go up.
