Plainfield Boxing Academy

On December 17th, I successfully completed the 100-mile Devil Dog Ultra Marathon in Virgina. I didn't run the marathon for personal fame or recognition, but I ran in order to raise money and awareness for youth in the city of Plainfield, NJ. 


As owner of Plainfield Boxing Academy (PBA), I have the chance to mentor children of all ages and serve as a positive role model to those who would otherwise have no one to look up to. This is why I accepted the challenge and trained relentlessly for the 100-mile marathon...and plan to keep running to raise awareness and funds for our children. The kids of PBA are my motivation. I want to be the one to show them that with dedication and hard work...anything is possible!


With every marathon that I finish, I'm able to come back to Plainfield and show kids that although success doesn't come easy, it's attainable. As long as they give 110% in everything that they do, they will always be successful.

Throughout 2017 I plan to keep running for our for our community...for our children...and for our future!

The money raised from this campaign will go directly to PBA in support of getting better equipment, developing better programs, and offering membership scholarships.
