Pick needs help

Soo.. wife gets diagnosed with a serious lung disease in which treatment involves a 3 different antibiotic regime which I can’t afford and is not covered , and it is for 18 months !!!. , And to add to our fun , This dang cold snap burst our water pipes in the basement ,
nevermind the property damage /loss , I can’t afford the repair , and our insurance deductible is higher than the claim, so I’m screwed there too.. .. Behind on every other bill, overdrawn at the emotional bank, ……… ever feel like just giving up ?
