Emergency Funds Since Car was Stolen

Last night, 3/7/2019, our car (a 1996 Honda Accord) was stolen from this back lot between 5:50pm-7:30pm (PST). It's kind of the cherry on top of the shit cake.
Because of this, we can no longer afford to live in Washington state, and are just - well, going to move out. We're just setting this fund up as a 'well maybe', since moving from here to across the country (michigan, specifically) is going to take a chunk of change.
