The Philippines National Rugby League is a non profit organisation with the aim of growing and developing the great game of Rugby League in the Philippines.
PNRL has just launched the domestic rugby league competition, the inaugural Erick Paul Estepa Elefante Cup. This cup is the first of it's kind in the Philippines with four teams competing for the title. This hotly contested competition is making great leaps and bounds for the growth of rugby league in the Philippines.
Furthermore, the Phillipines national team 'The Tamaraws', have an intense international representative schedule coming up. The Philippines have teams competing in the Cabramatta international 9s in January 2017, The Philippine Admiral's XIII to play against Mediterranean rugby league and the internationally ranked Tamaraws to play a sanctioned test match against Malta in February 2017. This will all be culminating and working towards the Tamaraws competing in the Rugby League emerging nations world cup in October 2017.
As a young sporting organisation, The PNRL are seeking donations in order to help make all this possible and grow the game of Rugby League in the Philippines and internationally.
The money raised will be going towards facilitating accomodation, food, insurance and uniforms for the teams competing in the Philippines domestic competition, as well as support for the international representative teams the Admirals XIII and the Tamaraws, as well as the juniors and women's sides.
