Philip Krutchen Memorial Fund

Tragedy has struck our 9-1-1 family. Philip Krutchen passed away in an automobile accident on State Highway 160 on the morning of June 4, 2018. Philip’s son, Kevin, is a telecommunicator at 9-1-1 and is also a volunteer firefighter at Cleveland and Rosa Fire Departments. Max is a volunteer firefighter at Cleveland Fire Department. Kevin and his brother Max have lost both their mother and their father in the past year and now face funeral expenses and other unexpected bills that accumulate in the wake of a loved-one’s death.
