Launching PewTube
Donation protected
Based on incredible initial demand, I am swiftly moving forward to incorporate PewTube, hire a small team and deliver an elegant and effective product offering.
I am aiming to raise $10k to achieve this initial goal, and am willing to match every dollar up to $5k, meaning if this campaign only raises $5k I will contribute $5k personally to this project to hit the fundraising goal.
Below is the list of costs that the initial $10k will address:
Corporate fees <— Setting up a nationally incorporation business, obtaining a city business license and other setup costs
Lawyer fees <— Legal advice, terms of service and privacy policy, trademarking
Accounting fees <— Accounting for expenditures, revenue, profit projections, etc
Server Hosting <— Servers to host webpages and serve dynamic content, databases, DDOS and penetration protection
File Hosting <— Redundant and robust file hosting for media items, data transfer for both uploads and downloads
Third party services <— Third party services which help us handle data, interact with customers more effectively
Engineering fees <— Applying web technologies to allow for secure and efficient client authorization, upload, video/audio transcoding and storage, file retrieval, data security, customer experience and ease of use, design, in-browser media player technology, mobile applications
Donate now and let's build a better internet together.
