Nuestra pequeña Blue fue encontrada el día 6 de agosto sobre las 20:00 horas en una caja al lado de un contenedor de basura, sin duda ni un solo segundo y la llevamos al veterinario de urgencias por la noche. En el veterinario nos comentan que probablemente tengamos entre 3 o 4 días , también nos explicamos como debiamos alimentarla y como estimularla para que pareciera que está haciendo su madre.
Cumplimos rigurosamente las indicaciones del veterinario, dándole el biberón cada 3 horas incluso durante la noche, hemos dado todo el amor que tenemos para ayudar a sobrevivir, vimos abrir sus ojos por primera vez, dar sus primeros pasos, en fin debemos admitir que nos ha robado el corazón!
Cada comportamiento o síntoma extraño que tenía íbamos de inmediato a la consulta del veterinario, ya que nunca habíamos tenido una cachorra tan pequeña en nuestras manos.
En una de esas visitas le comentamos al veterinario que tenía tos, de manera que le llevó a cabo un examen físico, al terminar nos aseguramos que simplemente son residuos de leche y saliva que le quedaban en la garganta y que sus pulmones y su respiración en general se encontraban bien.
A pesar de lo que nos habían dicho la vimos debilitarse, seguía con la tos, cada vez más seguido, el día lunes 19 la llevamos nuevamente al veterinario en donde nos encontramos otra doctora y la realización de un RX de torax que según ella revela una bronquitis , le receta medicación y nos envía a casa.
volvimos a casa sobre las 14:00 horas, la veremos cada vez más débil y respiraba muy extraño, llevamos a otro veterinario y apenas viola la radiografía nos dice "esta pequeña tiene un pulmón colapsado, aquí no puedo hacer nada, necesita oxígeno" nos envío directamente a un hospital veterinario de urgencias, en donde apenas cruzan la puerta la presionan a poner oxígeno.
Actualmente se encuentra Ingresada en la UCI veterinaria, muy grave con uno de sus pulmones colapsado y el otro apenas respira, los veterinarios tienen esperanzas de que puedan salir adelante, pero al ser tan pequeña no está fuera de peligro, de manera que probablemente este ingresada 2-3 días más.
Ahora mismo necesitamos de vuestra ayuda para poder seguir cubriendo los gastos de su tratamiento con oxígeno-terapia en incubadora, sabemos que ahora esta en buenas manos, es una luchadora y saldrá adelante.
Solo en consultas veterinarias pagamos aproximadamente 150 € solo en 2 semanas, a esto debemos sumarle los gastos de Rx y medicación que son 54 € más
Nuestra deuda actualmente asciende 596,25 € en solo 2 días y debe quedarse 2 o 3 días más ingresada de manera que este monto varía aproximadamente, el día de ingreso tiene un costo de aproximadamente 292,95 €, es decir si considera solo 2 días más de hospitalización, esta ascendencia a 1182,15 €
Ya hemos utilizado todo el dinero que teníamos disponible, en ella, hemos agotado las tarjetas de crédito y ya no podemos sacar dinero de ningún lugar y el pago se realiza diariamente.
A sus 20 días ha pasado por mucho, solo quiere una oportunidad para vivir y sabemos que con su ayuda podremos pagar su estadística en el hospital veterinario y sacarla adelante tras una negligencia médica.

Hoy hemos ido a visitar a Blue, los veterinarios nos dicen que tiene mucha más energía de la que esperaban y que come de una manera que da gusto verla. En general la hemos visto mucho mejor que el día lunes.
Le están saliendo los dientes, de manera que quiere morder todo lo que se le cruza.
En cuanto a su condición médica nos comentan que aún tiene mucho moco y flema que expulsar de sus pulmoncitos, por suerte ya no esta necesitando oxigeno-terapia, sino que solo se mantiene en un incubadora con una vía conectada a su patita por donde le dan los fluidos y su medicación.
Mañana jueves intentaran darle la medicación vía oral para ver si ya lo tolera bien y ver como pasa la noche, si todo va bien nos dicen que probablemente pueda volver el día viernes por la tarde con nosotros y seguir el tratamiento desde casa. Al ser tan pequeñita nos afirman que aún no esta fuera de peligro pero que la ven bien y activa.
En cuanto a las facturas, como ya no está necesitando la oxigeno-terapia han reducido drásticamente su monto han pasado de ser 292,95€ a ser 86,50€, también esto se debe a que los veterinarios han sido bastante considerados y no realizan pruebas innecesarias, como por ejemplo radiografías ya que saben que una mejoría no se verá de un día para otro.
Ahora reduciremos el monto de la campaña para que se ajuste a la realidad de hoy, de igual forma queremos agradecer a los donantes ya que nos ayudaran a cubrir los gastos y también agradecer a la gran cantidad de gente que se ha dado el tiempo de compartir en las diferentes redes sociales, esto nos ayuda muchísimo.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
Our little Blue was found on august 6th around 8.00 PM inside a box next to a trash can, we didn’t doubt a single second and took her to the emergency vet at night. At the vet they told us that she probably has around 3-4 days of life, the also explained to us how to feed her and to stimulate to make it look like it was her mother the one doing it.
We strictly followed the instructions the vet gave us, feeding her every 3 hours even at night, we have given her all the love we’ve got for her so she could make it alive, we saw her eyes open for the first time, take her first steps, we must admit she stole our hearts from the very beginning!
Every behavior or strange symptom we noticed we took her immediately to the vet, mostly because we’ve never had a puppy so small in our hands.
In one of those visits to the vet we told him she had a cough, so he runs a physical test on her listening to her breath and lungs. Once finished, he assured us that there was nothing to worry about since it was only residual milk and saliva stuck in her throat and that her lungs and breath were fine.
Despite of what the vet told us we saw her weaken, she still had a cough, more often now. On Monday 19th we took her again to the vet were another dr. sees us, she did an x- ray in which is revealed according to her that Blue had bronchitis, she gives her medication and send us home.
We came back home around 2.00 PM, and we still saw her every time weaker, she was now breathing in a strange way, we took her to another vet and once she sees the X-ray she says “this puppy has a collapse lung, I can’t do anything here, she needs oxygen” she sends us straight to a veterinary emergency hospital , once we arrived they took her inside to get her oxygen.
She is now hospitalized in the Veterinary ICU, in serious condition, with one of her lungs collapsed and the other one barely breathing, the vets in this hospital have many hopes that she’ll make it, but being so little with only 20 days of life can’t be out of danger, so she will probably be hospitalized 2-3 more days.
Right now we need your help so we can continue covering the costs of her treatment with oxygen in an incubator, we know now she is good hands, she’s a fighter and will make through.
Only in Vets visits we spend approximately 150€ in only 2 weeks, to this we have add the costs of the X-ray and medication that’s plus 54€.
Our debt currently goes up to 596, 25€ in only 2 days and she has to spend 2-3 more days hospitalized so this amount of debt will keep rising, every day has an approximately cost of 292,95€, so if we consider only two more days, the debt will be 1182,15€.
We have used all the money we had available and all of our credit cards, so we can no longer get money from anywhere and the payment is made daily.
In her 20 days she has been through a lot, she only wants a chance to live and we know with your help we will be able to pay for her stay in the Vet and her treatment and move forward with her after medical negligence.

Today we went to see Blue, the vet told us that she has much more energy than they expected and that she eats in way that's lovely to watch, In a general view we saw her much better than we expected and of course much better than Monday.
She's teething so she tries to bite everything that gets on her way.
As for her medical condition they told us she still has a lot of mucus and phlegm that needs to get out of her little lungs, luckily she doesn’t need any more oxygen, so they only keep her in the incubator with an IV connected to her paw where they give fluids and her medication.
Tomorrow Thursday, they will try and give her oral medication to see if she tolerates it well and to see how she spends the night, if everything goes well and as expected, she will probably be back home on Friday afternoon with us and to keep doing treatment from home. Since she’s so little the vets can’t assure us that she’s out of danger yet, but they see her well and very active.
As for the debt, since she is no longer needing oxygen, the bills have drastically reduced the amount expected, from 292,95€ to 86,50€, this is also because the vets are quite considerate and don’t perform unnecessary tests on her since they know any improvement will not be seen overnight.
We have now reduced the amount of the Gofundme Campaign so it adjust to reality of today, anyway, we truly want to thank the donors, since they will help us to cover expenses of Blue’s treatment and we would also like to thank the huge amount of people that has used their time to share Blue’s pictures and campaign in every social media they have, this helps us a lot!
