Pepper needs urgent vet care

Paws and Recover is a non funded, not for profit volunteer organisation that aims to offer people an alternative to rehoming, abandoning, neglecting or destroying their pet during times of crisis such as ill health, domestic violence or homelessness. 

Pepper is an 8 mth old staffy x ridgeback who has been surrendered to us as her owners were not in any position to continue homing Pepper. In addition Pepper came to us lethagic, underweight and in very ill health.

She has been diagnozed with parvo virus, mange and ear infection. Initially she was vomiting and haemorging bloody diarrhea. After four days at the vets on a drip she has finally stabilised and is slowly recovering. As she has been so ill she will need a few months recovery time in foster care before she is ready for desexing.

We need to raise $1500 to pay for her treatment and also for desexing, heart worm vaccination and everything else needed to make her road worthy. At only 8 months old she has been to hell and back and we want to do everything we can to show her that life can be good.
