We're teaming up with the wonderful people at our favourite fitness studio - Pelō - to host a Charity Spin Class that will raise funds and awareness for HIV/AIDS. This is all a part of the AIDS/LifeCycle, a 7-day, 545 mile bike ride from SF to LA that is coming up in 3 short weeks!
We have 46 bikes to fill to hit our fundraising targets and are going to need all the help we can get! The class will be a blast, so come along, bring your friends, and help support this great cause.
**How can you sign-up?**
(1) RSVP by accepting the calendar invite (if you don't have one, let us know and we'll send it over)
(2) Minimum recommended donation of $35 (incl. free Pelō giveaways, a celebratory mimosa and brunch!) If you have more to spare we'd be incredibly grateful!
(3) Visit www.pelofitness.com/firstride to create an account and select your fitness number (this is important as the class is customized to you!)

TIME
Arrive at 11:30 AM to check-in and get a good bike fit. Start warming up at 11:45 AM and class will officially run from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
AFTER CLASS
Join us after class for a mimosa, fun Pelō giveaways, a spot of brunch and of course some more 90s throwback tunes!
BRING WITH YOU
Water bottles, running shoes (or cycling shoes with SPD-cleats if you have them) and your fine selves! Pelo has towels, storage units and shower facilities for your use.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is the most fun you will ever have at a class! Fab instructors, songs worth the effort on a Saturday, a great workout AND mimosas at the finish line!
ABOUT AIDS/LIFECYCLE
This June, over 3,000 cyclists and volunteers will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. This year, we’ll be joining them and we're looking for all the support possible to help us reach our fundraising targets and ultimately help us make it to LA.
