How can you help? You can give (a little), share (a lot), get involved, make a difference. Your donations will help defray the costs of Eric and Liz's travel expenses, allowing them to take on and conquer this fundraising tour in honor of today's Cancer Fighters!
Eric and Liz McIntyre share a marriage that knows no limits. In facing the long odds of her two-year ongoing battle with cancer, the couple is about to embark on a remarkable journey marked by courage and conviction.
With little experience as an endurance athlete, 57-year old Eric will cycle throughout the United States with Liz in the support van as much as her treatments will allow. Taking a stand against cancer, their mission is to inspire others battling cancer to declare “victory.” They have chosen Lazarex Cancer Foundation (www.lazarex.org ) as the beneficiary for their fundraising efforts.
The tour starts on April 6th in New Orleans and heads west to California, north to Washington and east to Minnesota before heading south for a homecoming celebration on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter.
