Paying Tribute to Leif Anthony McDonald

With great sadness and leaving a giant hole in our hearts, the family would like to let you all know that Leif Anthony McDonald peacefully passed away on the weekend in his sleep.
Leif was born January 6,1985 in Thunder Bay Ontario, but called Toronto and Calgary his home.
A connoisseur in life, he found passion in every idea that he ever entertained.
He is survived by his Mother ( Wendy Carruthers) his Father ( Bryan McDonald), his Brother's and Sister's Shane Carruthers(Yvonne Vandermale),Jesse McDonald (Amanda McDonald), Jordan McDonald, Faith McDonald, Anderson Brooks, Brad Huber, Sterling King and Jon Paypompee. As well as his niece's who he loved dearly Zia Carruthers, Brooklyn McDonald and Indya Brooks.
Leif was always a caring and generous soul. Whether it was catering to you with a meal or engaging in a stimulating conversation. As we prepare to pay tribute to him many people have communicated how can they assist.
Any monetary contribution is humbly appreciated and will assist with executing a beautiful “See you later” ceremony.

Viewing: Saturday August 10th 2019 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm.
Funeral: Sunday August 11th 2019 from 10:00am - 11:30pm.
Cremation: Sunday August 11th 2019 from 1:00pm - 1:30pm.
Reception: Sunday August 11th 2019 from 3:00pm -6:00pm
Food, Beer and Wine will be served during the reception with music.
The family is also collecting pictures anyone would like to share and have added for the video remembrance montage and collages at the funeral.
