Pauline.
You may know her as a wizard, a storyteller, a lady who takes no shit but knows how to flip it, a loving mother who takes anyone in if they need help, a kind and generous spirit ready to defend the weak. What a mama bear, a fierce, beautiful and unforgettable spirit! If ever there were a child of the light, it was her.
Pauline passed from this world January 24th, 2016. She went on her own terms, at peace, leaving behind the pain and suffering that had afflicted her body and mind for such a long time.
Pauline struggled financially all her life and didn't leave behind any money to assist with the necessary things that happen when a loved one pases. But the people that she left behind are rich with her stories. We want to offer an opportunity for everyone who knew and loved her to come together and celebrate with telling those favorite stories, laughing and remembering her. If you knew Pauline, you probably know that she would want to have this time not be one of sadness, but of pride, beauty, joy and respect.
We would like to also offset the costs of the funeral home expenses and storage and transportation of items important to the family, along with assistance with travel for some family members who are far away and unable to get here easily.
On behalf of her family and those that she touched with her words and wisdom, it would mean so much to have the time and space to celebrate Pauline.
