Paul Gagnon Boston Surgery

Paul was diagnosed with chiari malformation in March 2019, this illness causes severe headaches, dizziness and other neurological ailments. We consulted with a local pediatric neurosurgeon who did not want to do surgery on Paul to correct his condition, we decided to seek a second opinion in Boston. At Boston children’s hospital. We were very impressed with the staff there and happy that the surgeon agreed that he needed to have this surgery. We will need to be in Boston for a week after his surgery in September, we have medical insurance through my job that will cover the procedure, but I have no more sick or vacation time, and being out of work with no pay and away from home is going to put us in hardship. 
We are a hard working family that has fallen on hard times and hoping to help raise a bit of money to help us get through a tough week while our son recovers. It’s hard for us to ask, but every little bit helps! Thank you to all who are willing to help!
