Paul Brooks' "Road to Recovery"

PAUL AND SUSIE'S STORY
As many of us are aware, on Friday January 13, 2017 Paul Brooks successfully received a double lung transplant. After one week Paul left ICU and spent a period in "step-down".  He has been discharged and now Paul and Susie are living with Paul's cousins so that Paul is close for both physiotherapy and all that is entailed in ensuring that there isn't rejection.  After this three month period he will continue to travel to Toronto once a month for at least a year. During this time Paul and Susie will have to manage all costs as well as maintain their regular daily home expenses.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
This page was created as a means for Paul and Susie's "Angels" to help them absorb this increased debt without it being a crippling burden. Because of the change in their cirumstance the goal has been reduced to 12.5k.  It is our intent on closing this site down March 31, 2017 as we expect to reach this goal.  On Saturday March 25 3-7 pm at the Gananoque Legion, there will be a Fish Fry, local live entertainment and both a 50/50 draw and a "Booze Basket". Admission is $15 and ALL PROCEEDS will go directly to Paul and Susie.  If you cannot attend please donate to our page AND if you have donated, are going to attend or are an ANGEL in any way, please continue to share this link.
Every donation is appreciated as every dollar indicates your support and love for Paul and Susie during their road to recovery....
