Patty Mingay's Rally Against Cancer

My friend, Patty Mingay, was diagnosed with Stage 4  Uterine Cancer two weeks ago, and just like that finds herself on an unexpected journey fighting for her life.  She immediately underwent major surgery removing her uterus, gallbladder, and appendix.  She now faces the aggressive chemotherapy treatment needed to begin her climb up the mountain of survival.

Patty is a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother.  She has also dedicated 28 years protecting the smiles of our community through her work as a dental hygienist.  She happened to be in the middle of transitioning jobs when she was hit with this cancer diagnosis.  Because she didn't have the chance to work at her new job for the required 90 days, she currently has NO INSURANCE!  Patty is a single woman that now has no income for even the simplest of living expenses, and now  must face the added stress of cancer treatment expenses.

So it is only fitting that we offer our warmest smiles, prayers, hugs, and financial assistance during this time of urgent need.  Any one of us could be in this same situation at any time.  No one ever expects it will happen to them.  Neither did she....and it happened to her.  In these circumstances no contribution is too small.
