Patricia Cervenka passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on this past Wednesday evening December 4th. Pat was a remarkable woman full of so much love and kindness. She was a devoted mom who raised two incredible children, Christina and Timothy.
I am Christina's best friend and was fortunate enough to spend a lot of time with Pat when she would come visit us in New York. My heart aches for Christina and her family and I wanted to put this together so we as a community could come together to support them in this incredibly hard and emotional time.
All funds raised will go directly to the Cervenkas to assist with immediate/short term expenses related to her passing, as well as funeral and memorial expenses.

Well. The worst thing ever has happened. My incredible mother died on Wednesday evening very unexpectedly. From what I understand, she had an amazing day and was feeling great, went to a Beach Boys concert, and then her heart gave out and she was gone. She was the original badass who climbed Mt. Whitney three times, surfed, camped, became a pilot in the 70s when women “didn’t do that,” and raised my brother and I to be strong, independent people. There are no words for a loss like this. She meant so much to so many and gave all of herself to anyone she met. I’m heartbroken and just wish I could hug my mom one more time. Arrangements are coming together and til then, let’s just all celebrate the incredible, quirky, wonderful woman my mom was. I love you forever, mom. I miss you so much.
