It is with heavy, loved filled hearts that we say goodbye to Johor Malaysia Pan. For anyone wishing to donate, we have started this Go Fund Me to help with the medical costs and final arrangements.

This is the message that Noon and Pan wished to share:

"To our beloved brothers and sisters. In late September while working in Johor Malaysia Pan had taken a first of a kind tumble and fall onto her stomach tripping on a small rise in the carpet. After feeling pain in her abdomen, we went to the Hospital. After the confirmation that she had some abnormality in her belly we had a CT scan done and the doctors there based on the information we gave them surmised it to be a hematoma, some internal bleeding. After 5 days her vitals normalized and she was discharged however we sent the CT scan to New York where our dear friend Shirley a 30 year radiologist confirmed that the hematoma was in fact a large tumor and in a critical place on her left adrenal gland. After a quick drive to Singapore where we visited a renowned Oncologist he ran a more intensive scan and warned of the potentials of this tumor and in no uncertain terms stated the removal of it immediately was a must. We jumped on a plane landing in Houston where MDAnderson the top Cancer Center is located and started the process of having it removed. Three weeks later the 7.5” by 7” tumor was removed along with her spleen and adrenal and thought to have been in the clear for the time being till they could biopsy and get a clearer idea of what type of cancer this was. It felt like a success. After the lab results came back we came to find that this Was a ONE of a kind cancer, undocumented anywhere before, which for MDAnderson which sees the rarest of the rare was even odd.
After spending some weeks in Houston, the drain in her abdomen was removed and we headed back to Atlanta where we had left our few belongings thinking to settle down and I would get back to work, an appointment set to return in February after healing from the surgery. Ten days back in the comfort of Fayetteville, GA she began having some strange bloating and pains, which escalated rapidly. After her heart rate soared while laying down we rushed her to the emergency center at Piedmont hospital which after another CT scan showed a cluster of 7 Tumors growing rapidly. In order to keep her alive in order to get back to MDA they “tanked” her up with blood and we made a mad dash (drive) back. She was immediately admitted for further transfusions trying to get her vitals at least up to a point where she could get to the next step Chemo. They never did as these tumors grew at such a rapid pace reaching over 12 centimeters in size all over inside her abdomen and now liver, her belly became unbelievably distended, causing great digestion issues and Edema. Throughout all of this, she remained her Peaceful knowing self, unafraid, full of light and actually helping those around her cope, especially me.

Please note that her body was cremated at 1:09 pm Sunday the 6th of January Texas time. If you feel the need take time wherever you are and enjoy her smile. She certainly wouldn’t wish any somber feelings as she was filled with love and light and had experienced already the truth of it all."
